1. How Do you inspect quality?
We check filtration, weight and thickness on all incoming raw materials.
Our QC system is fully computer controlled, uses QR codes for lot management. We test for things like filtration, inhale and exhale force and ear strap retention force in our 31 point inspection plan. Learn more here.
a. How will the masked be packed?
Packaging is multi-level. First is polybag to maintain cleanliness. Second is display style carton. Third is heavy corrugate master carton. Fourth, is edge and corner reinforcement for protection during air shipment.
b. Is there an import tax or other fees?
For Amazon orders, shipping charges apply.
For larger orders, the price includes all duties and delivery to your door.
c. Who will deliver my masks?
Small orders will arrive by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Large orders will arrive by common carrier that we book.
3. How long will it take to receive my masks?
Currently we are stocking masks in Wisconsin so lead times are 1-4 days. When demand spikes we ship from our China warehouse and that is about 2 weeks depending on quantity. Smaller quantities ship faster. If you have an urgent need, contact us.
4. What is your refund policy?
We will provide replacement masks for any defective product.
5. Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Yes, subject to review and restocking fees.
6. Are the masks FDA approved?
No, all masks are certified to the
Chinese KN-95 standards. If you are seeing KN masks that say FDA on them or anywhere on the packaging, that supplier is improperly violating the labeling regulations.
7. Are the masks manufactured for surgical use?
No. JGI does not sell masks for surgical use.
8. What is the minimum order?
500 is currently is the minimum order. Check the website “Order Now” page for the latest details.
9. Can I sterilize these masks?
No, these masks are meant for short time use. Not to exceed the recommended time limits.
10. How many hours can I wear the masks?
See our spec, KN-95s are rated for up to 8 hours.
11. Where should I store the unworn masks?
Best to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust.
12. What is my recourse if I receive faulty masks?
Our QC inspectors are working hard to ensure this does not happen. But if you have problems, we’ll work with you to replace faulty product. Simply contact the representative you have been dealing with for any issues.
